Individual Supervision

Individual supervision is a collaborative, professional relationship designed to support clinicians in their journey toward independent licensure. In our supervision meetings, we aim to help clinicians develop a strong professional identity, manage the emotional demands of clinical work, and implement evidence-based interventions with confidence. Our supervision approach is rooted in self discovery by engaging with internal influences and external needs. We challenge our clinicians to reflect on their ethical values, understand their clinical preferences and question how to approach each case with and empathetic understanding of systematic barriers and community development.

Individual supervision for social workers is available to clinicians who are licensed in Maine, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Group Supervision

Clinical group supervision facilitates a dynamic space for clinicians to present challenging cases, receive feedback from both a qualified supervisor and their peers, and explore a wider variety of therapeutic environments. Group supervision is an efficient and cost-effective way to meet state licensure requirements while building a supportive network of colleagues committed to clinical excellence. Our group supervision approach provides time for each clinician to share about their cases in every meeting, while encouraging clinicians to practice providing feedback to others and asking thorough questions to understand different therapeutic styles.

Group supervision for social workers is available for clinicians who are licensed in Maine,  Maryland and Virginia, following each state's regulations.

Peer Consultation

Peer consultation is a collaborative process in which licensed clinicians can meet with colleagues to discuss cases, share perspectives, and receive feedback. Unlike supervision, it does not involve evaluation or oversight, but instead emphasizes mutual support, professional growth, and ethical decision-making. Through peer consultation, therapists can gain new insights, reduce isolation, enhance clinical skills, and ensure they are providing effective and responsible care to their clients. We feel passionately about the importance of lifelong learning in this work, encouraging others to challenge our own perspectives and build spaces for us all to grow as clinicians.

Peer consultation groups are open to any licensed mental health practitioner in any state. We do not currently offer CEUs for these meetings, but hope to in the future!

Workshops

We provide organizations with the tools to foster a resilient, engaged, and psychologically safe work environment. We offer evidence-based, customizable workshop sessions designed to reduce stigma and equip staff with practical skills for managing professional stressors. This service is ideal for paraprofessionals and frontline workers in the social services industry, as well as any agency seeking to improve staff well-being, prevent burnout, and cultivate a more productive atmosphere.

Workshops can be focused on topics such as trauma-informed care for staff, parents or educators; developing your self-care strategies; avoiding burn out for helping professionals; using art making in clinical work; social-emotional learning in the classroom; challenging internal-bias; response to community violence.

Mental Health Coaching

Mental health coaching is an action-oriented, non-clinical form of support designed to help individuals build resilience, manage everyday stressors, and achieve personal well-being goals. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past trauma or treating clinical diagnoses, coaching is future-focused, emphasizing the development of practical skills and sustainable healthy life habits.

Due to the nature of the service, the coach does not have to be licensed in the state you live, offering more flexibility in your choice of provider.
