Therapy

  • District Clinical Services is considered an Out of Network provider, which means we would not be able to directly accept insurance. However, we absolutely understand the burden of costs associated with mental health support, and both Danishka and Caroline are able to accept insurance through an external platform. If you would like to use your insurance, please contact us directly to confirm we are in network with your health insurance provider.

  • At this time, our services are fully virtual to encourage accessibility and ease of scheduling.

  • Appointments can be scheduled by email or through the contact form on the website. If you’re still considering whether our services are right for you, feel free to reach out for a consultation call and we would be happy to discuss any concerns.

  • Confidentiality is an important and necessary part of the therapeutic relationship. All sessions are conducted in accordance with professional and legal ethical standards, with limited exceptions required by law for safety concerns.

  • Services are currently available to adults 18 or older.

Mental Health Coaching

  • Mental health coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented, helping individuals build healthy habits, improve mindset, strengthen coping skills, and navigate personal or professional growth. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health treatment, however it can be a helpful tool for folks navigating specific concerns.

  • While mental health coaching does not require a licensed therapist, our coaching sessions are provided by Danishka Valdes who is a licensed therapist. However, coaching is distinct from therapy and is designed to support personal growth, goal-setting, and wellness rather than clinical treatment.

  • Mental health coaching sessions cost depend on the level of support and session length. Please reach out to us via email or contact form to hear more about the pricing for your specific needs.
